JENN SANTANA

Jenn holds a Bachelors Degree from San Diego State University and has been working in the fitness industry in
Los Angeles for over 15 years.

She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine(NASM), The Physical Mind,
Balanced Body/Polestar Education, Peak Pilates, Sacred Movement & Yogafit Training Systems.

Jenn has studied and practiced under the influences of Mike Clarke, John Geary, Brian Kest, Rodney Yee, Baron Baptiste,
Shiva Rea, Ana Caban & many more.
Jenn's ultimate goal is to provide dynamic strength, flexibility, and balance through the“Mind/Body” connection.

By integrating a unique program of Pilates and Yoga, combined with NASM strength training and cardio programs, Jenn is able to safely and
effectively take her clients to their ultimate fitness goals. Jenn trains clients in the basic functions of training as well as sports specific goals
such as triathlons, hockey, basketball, marathons, stuntwork in films and speedwork.

Jennifers clientele  range from beginners to advanced clients, from professional athletes to hollywood celebrities.
When she is not training in Los Angeles, Jennifer trains clients in Jamaica, Rome, Brazil, Bonair, Telluride, St. Lucia and the Island of Curacoa.

Jennifer is an active competitor in 5k and 10k races, Half Marathons and Marathons.

Sarafina King

Sarafina King is a certified Pilates instructor who received her training through Balanced Body
and Trident Fitness in 2006.
Sarafina  has been working in the fitness industry in Los Angeles for over 10 years.

Sarafina’s experience includes a strong dance background, specializing in ballet.
She keeps herself active in a variety of sports to include beach volleyball and soccer and brings
this athletic approach into her teaching style.

Sarafina also worked for several years at a physical therapy clinic where she gained knowledge
and expertise in helping clients through injury rehabilitation.  She dislikes the words "I can't" and if
a client feels the need to use them, she creates her focus on exactly what they think or believe they
can't do."
DEBBIE ARAGONA

Debbie has excelled in the health and fitness industry since moving to CA in 1989.  Over the years she
has studied various bodywork and movement modalities to offer more service to her clients.  Her
wellness program incorporates pilates, sports training and massage techniques to improve individuals
fitness and body awareness.

She studied at UCLA, Advances in Pilates Technique at Long Beach Dance Conditioning and Movement
Academy (LBDC), Sports Training at the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and Massage
Therapy at The Massage School of Santa Monica.

She draws knowledge from her work experience with chiropractors, acupuncturists, physical
therapists, sports trainers and master pilates teachers.  Clients have included post rehab, beginner
level to advance fitness, professional athletes, and TV/movie celebrities. From basic function of
movement and training, sports specific goals and stunt work in films she works safely within the client’
s ability.

Michelle Gierst

Michelle is a graduate from Northern Arizona University and is certified
through The Pilates Sports Center in Encino, California.  

Michelle Gierst began her fitness path by volunteering and training with the
Leukemia Lymphoma Society, Team in Training, while planning to compete in her
first Marathon in Honolulu, Hawaii.  After successfully completing three full
marathons and seven  ½ marathons, Michelle felt she needed to find a new and
innovative way to strengthen her legs and knees during her racing endeavors.  

Michelle discovered Pilates as a method of training and immediately fell in love with
the sport.  This passion led her to a certification as an instructor, as she decided that
she wanted to begin a path of  training others about the benefits of Pilates.

Michelle continues her love for an active lifestyle through weight training,
snowboarding, surfing, hiking and yoga…….. but Pilates is always first on her list!
Kelsi Smith

Kelsi is certified through the Orange Coast College’s Pilates and dance instructor
program and has been teaching since 2006.  
She holds a bachelors degree in Kinesiology through the California State
University of Long Beach.

Inspired by her love of movement Kelsi brings a variety of training techniques to her
workout program.  Functional fitness is the main goal for her clients.  Humans need to be
able to move in day to day life and recover from the bumps and bruises along the way.  

Kelsi has a solid training background in private, group and corporate settings and her
clients range from beginner to advanced, from athletes to the elderly.  

Kelsi enjoys pushing her clients to their maximum potential and loves to keep her
workouts new and exciting.
